Advocacy & Coaching for Families in Special Education

Helping families feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

Special Education Advocacy with Heart

Navigating the special education system can feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times, isolating. I walk alongside families to ensure every child’s needs are understood, supported, and celebrated. With a background in teaching, counseling, and coaching, I bring both expertise and compassion to the advocacy process.

Whether you need help reviewing your child’s IEP or 504 plan, preparing for a school meeting, or ongoing support throughout the year, I am here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is simple: to empower you with clarity, confidence, and the tools you need so your child can truly thrive.

Because every child deserves the chance to bloom.

Meet Whitney Champion, M.A.Ed, M.Ed.

For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and families in education—as a special education teacher, a school counselor, and a certified life coach.
I hold a Master of Education in Special Education as well as a Master of Arts in Education in School Counseling, along with certification as a life coach. This combination of training allows me to bring both expertise and empathy to the families I serve.
Through my years in the classroom and counseling office, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and overwhelming the special education process can feel. My passion is helping parents feel informed, confident, and empowered as they navigate IEPs, 504 plans, and the challenges of advocating for their child’s needs.
At Bridge & Bloom, I combine my background in education, counseling, and coaching with a compassionate, family-centered approach to advocacy. My role is to bridge the gap between schools and families—so every child has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and bloom.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom and wife who understands firsthand how busy and sometimes overwhelming life can be. My own journey through motherhood has shaped the way I connect with families—reminding me daily of the importance of patience, compassion, and advocacy.

I love spending time with my family, enjoying simple everyday moments, and finding joy in meaningful conversations. At the heart of who I am is a deep belief that every child deserves a champion and every parent deserves support along the way.
